Meeting called to Order at 1:00 P.M.

Introduction of Members with two New Members from Rawlins

Minutes of Nov. 10, 2012 were read. Kim Raymond made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Les Armstrong seconded the motion. Motion carried.

A letter from Atlantic City Historical Society was read. After a discussion Les Armstrong made a motion for the Wyoming Prospectors Association to send $5.00 for a membership. Seconded by Kim Raymond and motion carried.

Les Armstrong reported that the best price for Signs is from ABC Signs. Four 24”X36” vinyl signs printed on both sides is $286.00 and he will make the frames. After discussion it was decided to table any action until the next meeting.

Les Armstrong reminded the members that we need to do something about the awnings and tables we have been using at the Day In The Park. They are all in bad shape. We will check prices on the awnings before the next meeting.

Kim Raymond made a motion to purchase four (4) additional folding tables like the ones the Club already has. Motion seconded by Colleen Drury and the motion carried.

Jim Brines reported that the Casper Local of GPAA is having some guest speakers at their meetings in April. They were asking for a $200.00 donation to help finance the Speakers. Les Armstrong made a motion to table any action until we can get more information, seconded by Deb Palmer, motion carried.
